I hope you’ll join me, Sarah Doll, and De Kubler, As You Are, for an afternoon of cultivating vitality. We are thrilled to introduce you to ancient practices for encouraging energy and calming the nervous system. These techniques are simple and accessible to all ages and abilities. All movements can be done standing or sitting and even when you’re not feeling well!
We will begin by introducing vocabulary and theory - making these tools less foreign and giving them practical context.
Next, we will casually experience the movements and effects through the body.
Finally, we’ll share a tea ceremony and guided meditation.
This will be the first ever offering in the newly constructed Yurt: the NEST, at Osage Soul.
Please dress comfortably: loose or stretchy clothing.
You may wish to bring: a water bottle, journal and pen
